Simplified, High Volume EFS Processing
At HGTA, our Electronic Filing System (EFS) is designed to simplify title and registration processing for dealers—especially those managing high transaction volumes. To get started, just upload your documents through our New Dealer Registration form. After approval, we’ll require a one-time in-person signature, and from there, all future transactions can be handled digitally.
We’re built for efficiency. With a dedicated Dealer Window and a full-time team of over 20 experienced staff members—most of whom are bilingual—we’re fully equipped to manage large volumes of dealer work while providing clear, personalized support.
If any documents are missing or need corrections, you’ll be notified right away so you can resolve issues without losing your place in line.

Hands-On EFS Training
We offer personalized EFS training to get your team up and running with your preferred vendor’s system. A knowledgeable representative from HGTA will walk your staff through the platform, explain its features, and provide a full demonstration of how to submit transactions accurately.
After training, dealers can choose to continue using the EFS system remotely or return to processing work in person at our office—whichever suits your workflow best.
